Job summary

RWS Global is seeking a local crew member for LEGOLAND Florida in Winter Haven, FL to assist with Halloween set dressing and prop installation during August 24–28. Pay is $27/hour.

Responsibilities include creating and updating dressing lists, installing props, and ensuring safety and documentation throughout the contract. Experience with set dressing or props is preferred, with guidance from Set Dressing leads and design docs to create immersive environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in set dressing or prop installation is a plus.
• Ability to work with design documentation and guidance from leads.

Responsibilities

• Create/update set dressing and props lists.
• Install set dressing and props with the team.
• Artistically arrange set dressing to meet immersive design goals.
• Perform minor scenic painting to support the environment.
• Ensure all items are secured for guest and performer safety.
• Submit daily progress reports and photos to the RWS team.
• Provide documentation of to-do lists and set dressing guidelines.
• Maintain on-site presence for installation and repairs.
• Adhere to venue rules and safety protocols.

Pay: $27/hour

Essential Duties:

• Help create a spooky environment and bring the park to life for the Halloween season
• Create/update Set Dressing and props lists
• Artistically arrange set dressing to create the immersive environment with the guidance of Set Dressing leads and design documentation
• Install Set Dressing and props with the Team
• Minor Scenic painting techniques to create the immersive environment
• Secure all items so the space is safe for guests and performers
• Submit Daily progress reports and photos to the RWS Team
• Provide RWS with a document outlining links to any purchased items for future use
• Provide Documentation of to do lists and set dressing guidelines
• Provide one on site person at venue to install set dressing and complete any needed prop repair
• Employee understands that any behavior or actions that damages on-site locations (including green rooms, dressing rooms, or other site property) during the contract term, install/load-in or strike/load-out will be subject to penalty or fine
• Complete all duties to the satisfaction of the Company
• Follow the Company chain of command
• Follow all given RWS and Client infectious disease control and safety protocols as may be necessary
• Adhere to all RWS Handbook guidelines and travel guidelines, including dress codes and codes of conduct
• Other duties as needed
