Pizza Ranch - Springfield is hiring a Front of House Guest Experience Team Member to be the friendly face that creates our legendary guest experience. You’ll welcome guests, keep the dining area clean, and engage with neighbors to ensure memorable visits.

You don’t take food orders in this role, but you’ll provide the same care and energy as a server—serving hospitality, maintaining a spotless dining room, and supporting teammates to deliver legendary service daily.

Qualifications

• Naturally upbeat, positive and outgoing personality.
• Passion for creating great guest experiences.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stay on feet, move quickly and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
