Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member in Texas to engage customers, support selling initiatives and perform store tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Successful candidates may have retail or farming knowledge and will read, write and count accurately. The role requires flexible availability including nights and weekends, with safety and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting ability required.
• Farming knowledge, strong communication and basic computer skills are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and overtime.
• Provide Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, Assess, Recommend, Upsell, Appreciate.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions per store policies.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processing.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and inventory merchandising.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Execute price changes/markdowns and assist loading purchases.
• Ensure birds are cared for and poultry areas maintained.
• Complete required documentation and perform other duties as assigned.
