Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers, support selling initiatives, and perform tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience. The role covers checkout, stocking, merchandising, and customer loading assistance at our store.

Responsibilities include cash handling, Plan-o-gram execution, bird care, and maintaining a safe, welcoming shopping environment. No experience required; HS diploma preferred; strong communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Perform merchandising tasks including Plan-o-grams and price changes.
• Maintain birds safety and poultry holding areas.
