Job summary

Legend Seeds Inc. in Willow Lake, SD, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator for our soybean processing plant. You will condition and package soybeans for shipping, maintain quality, and support inventory control.

Training will be provided for the right candidate, with emphasis on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with potential earlier starts or occasional overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• CDL eligibility or ability to obtain CDL.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Safety-oriented mindset with focus on a safe environment.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 60 lbs regularly.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Prior warehousing, agriculture, or manufacturing experience is a plus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional earlier start times, evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
