Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field is required.
1-2 years of experience with impact analysis, requirements gathering and user acceptance testing.
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages; strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Define requirements, conduct needs analysis, determine project specifications, identify solutions and implement recommendations.
Serve as primary liaison between company and client, building rapport and relationships.
Provide product and technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and configuration when needed.
