The position emphasizes professional communication, research, and collaboration with legal staff and external supports to assist clients across the organization.

Qualifications

• Screen legal focused phone inquiries and route resident referrals.
• Experience in customer service-based work is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and know when to seek direction.

Responsibilities

• Screen legal focused phone inquiries and direct messages appropriately.
• Screen email and phone inquiries and route resident referrals.
• Create profiles and enter documentation for enrolled clients in MEDENT.
• Coordinate client files and schedule making in MEDENT.
• Coordinate legal service schedule for client appointments and staff.
• Participate in legal clinics as needed.
