As we expand our Denver office, we are seeking a Legal Recruiter / Search Consultant to join our collaborative, high‑performing team. In this role, you will build relationships with key decision‑makers at law firms and corporate legal departments, helping them strategically grow their teams, while also advising attorneys as they navigate important career decisions. What You’ll Do:

• Understand underlying client trends and candidate motivations to drive long‑lasting placements
• Recruit, interview, and advise attorney candidates through The Advocates’ unique process
• Guide clients and candidates through some of the biggest decisions in their careers
• Track developments in the legal industry to predict trends and proactively meet client needs
• Negotiate and manage retained and contingent search engagements
