Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Seven+ years of prior law firm experience preferred.
  • Experience with patent prosecution and trademark law is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for assigned first-year associates.
  • Collaborate with local offices and practice groups to streamline workflows and close support gaps.
  • Manage attorney workloads, priorities, and deadlines from start to finish.
  • Draft, edit, and finalize complex legal documents with high accuracy.
  • Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and court deadlines; coordinate filings.
  • Handle client communications and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Mentor associates and bridge operational support gaps while delivering client service.
