In this role, the Legal Practice Assistant provides high-level, complex administrative support to first-year associates with minimal supervision as a key member of the Legal Practice Assistant (LPAC) team. This role also partners with local offices and practice groups to strengthen collaboration, develop solutions, and bridge support gaps. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, accrued paid time off plan starting at 20 days annually, personal medical and parental leave, up to 10 paid holidays, and family care benefits. This position may be filled in the following locations. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
Colorado compensation range: $59,950.00 to $107,910.00 annually
Illinois compensation range: $63,270.00 to $113,890.00 annually
Washington state compensation range: $63,240.00 to $113,830 annually
Washington, D.C., compensation range: $68,300.00 to $122,940.00 annually
