Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least one year of undergraduate coursework completed.
• Strong interest in technology, automation, and business operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design, testing, and implementation of workflow automations using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Support Legal Operations projects related to CLM, legal invoice processing, accrual reporting, matter management, and dashboards.
• Analyze processes to identify efficiency improvements and data quality enhancements.
• Document business processes, workflows, requirements, and SOPs.
• Participate in user testing, troubleshooting, and validation of automated solutions.
• Assist with creation of reports, metrics, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and business teams to gather requirements.
• Maintain data within legal operations systems, databases, and SharePoint.
• Research emerging technologies, AI tools, and automation opportunities for legal ops.
• Provide general project and administrative support as needed.
