O’Hagan Meyer is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to onboard attorneys and legal staff, orient new hires, and drive ongoing career development across the firm.

In this role you will coordinate onboarding logistics, manage training programs and CLE credits, support mentorship and associate development, develop materials, and research industry best practices; salary range is $63,000–$85,000 with E-Verify and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in professional development or related field; law firm experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and training programs.
• Serve as primary contact for professional development resources and opportunities.
• Assist in planning and executing professional development programs and leadership initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of training programs, CLE credits, and evaluations.
• Support mentorship and associate development programs with events and progress tracking.
• Research industry trends and best practices in attorney professional development.
• Develop PD materials and communications.
