Harvey is seeking a Program Manager for the Legal Engineering organization to drive the operational infrastructure that enables a fast-growing GTM function to scale effectively. You will partner with Legal Engineering, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in program management, operations, or enablement within a high-growth technology or professional services environment.
• Ability to design and deliver cross-functional programs from concept through execution, managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority across a distributed organization.
• Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action—able to build structure where none exists and iterate quickly.
• Familiarity with GTM functions, legal technology, or AI products is a strong plus.

Role Overview

As a Program Manager for the Legal Engineering organization, you will be joining Harvey's Legal Engineering organization to drive the operational infrastructure that enables one of the company's fastest-growing GTM functions to scale effectively. The Legal Engineering team partners directly with the world's leading law firms and professional services providers to deploy AI-powered solutions, and this role ensures that the programs, processes, and systems underpinning the team operate with rigor and consistency. You will partner with Legal Engineering managers, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs that drive measurable outcomes. Compensation

$155,100-$232,700 USD
