• Experience with change management, process design, and operational scaling in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action—able to build structure where none exists and iterate quickly.
• Familiarity with GTM functions, legal technology, or AI products is a strong plus.

The Legal Engineering team partners directly with the world's leading law firms and professional services providers to deploy AI-powered solutions, and this role ensures that the programs, processes, and systems underpinning the team operate with rigor and consistency. You will partner with Legal Engineering managers, Sales Operations, Product, and leadership to translate strategic priorities into executable programs that drive measurable outcomes.
