Job summary

Spotify is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel, Product to partner with product and business teams through all stages of development. You will advise on innovative products, AI systems, and regulatory matters across jurisdictions.

The role involves conducting legal reviews for market expansions, drafting and negotiating technology procurement contracts, and maintaining robust product-related legal documentation. A strong background in corporate and tech law is required.

Qualifications

• J.D., LL.M. or equivalent; admission to at least one bar (or qualification for registered in-house counsel in New York or Sweden); 5+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and business teams through all stages of product development.
• Advise on AI systems and global regulations (including the EU AI Act).
