Bilfinger North America is seeking a business-minded Legal Counsel to join its U.S. legal team. The role focuses on handling government contracts (FAR/DFARS, SBA compliance), regulatory compliance, and construction contracting (contracts with owners, subcontractors, and lower-tier contractors).

This is a business-facing position working directly with operations to ensure compliant and efficient project execution. JD and bar admission in Virginia or another state are required.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission.
• 3–6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house.
• FAR/DFAR and SBA compliance experience.
• Construction contracting experience.
• Insurance and surety experience preferred.

Responsabilités
