Dawn Aerospace in the United States seeks a US-qualified Legal Counsel to support its commercial and regulatory activities for the spaceplane division. You will draft and negotiate agreements, advise on IP and compliance, and partner with Business Development on bids and strategic initiatives.

The role reports to the General Counsel, requires deep experience in tech or aviation contracts, and a strong command of English. Remote work from California is supported.

Qualificações

• University degree in Law (J.D./LLB or equivalent) and a US professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial law and contracts in Tech or aviation sectors.
• Knowledge of intellectual property law and excellent English communication skills are essential.
