Job summary

Playson is seeking a proactive Middle/Senior Legal Counsel to join our legal team. You will build corporate structures for projects, provide legal support, and draft contracts and internal policies across multiple jurisdictions.

You will research legal risks, ensure compliance in data protection, marketing, payments and consumer rights, and liaise with partners and law firms worldwide. Remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong legal drafting skills.
• Minimum 4 years legal experience, at least 2 years in iGaming.
• Knowledge of AML procedures is a plus.
• Ukrainian language proficiency required.
• Fast learner with a keen eye for detail.
• Willing to handle a wide range of legal issues and think creatively.

Responsibilities

• Build corporate legal structure for projects.

Job description

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Middle/Senior Legal Counsel to join our Legal Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build corporate legal structure for the projects;
• Legal support for the projects;
• Drafting and revising commercial contracts, internal policies and other legal documents;
• Assisting with research and analysis of potential legal risks in the company's jurisdictions of operations;
• Assisting with implementation of legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights etc.);
• Supporting day-to-day legal activities and operations of the projects;
• Communicating with business partners, law firms, service providers from a variety of jurisdictions;

To succeed in the role, you will have:

• Ukrainian Language
• Fluent English (including legal drafting);
• 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ in iGaming;
• Knowledge of AML procedures is a big plus
• Fast learner;
• A keen eye for detail;
• Initiative and willingness to work on a wide variety of legal matters and to think creatively to solve different legal issues;
• Hard-working, well-organized and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under pressure.
