Gamdom is seeking an in‑house Legal Counsel to support commercial, regulatory, and operational activities across brands and jurisdictions. You will provide practical legal guidance to business teams and manage regulatory and licensing obligations in a fast‑paced, international iGaming environment.

The role involves drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements, monitoring regulatory developments, and advising on risk across corporate, IP, data protection, and responsible gaming matters.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of in‑house legal experience within the iGaming sector is required.
• Hands‑on exposure to gambling and crypto industries is essential.
• Strong command of commercial contracts, corporate law, and IP matters.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with clear business guidance.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (vendor, marketing, SaaS, NDAs, B2B/B2C).
• Support regulatory and licensing obligations across jurisdictions with the Compliance team.
• Monitor and interpret legal developments in online gaming, crypto, data protection, and consumer protection.
• Maintain internal policies and controls to ensure licensing compliance.
• Advise on legal risks and propose practical solutions.
• Support corporate governance and internal documentation.

As a Legal Counsel at Gamdom, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s commercial, regulatory, and operational activities across multiple brands and jurisdictions. You will provide practical legal guidance to business teams, manage regulatory and compliance matters, and ensure the company operates within applicable laws and licensing requirements. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse legal issues in a fast‑paced, international iGaming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, marketing, service and partnership agreements, NDAs, SaaS agreements, intra‑group agreements, and terms and conditions related to B2B/B2C gaming operations.
• Support the company’s regulatory and licensing obligations across relevant jurisdictions, in collaboration with the Compliance team.
• Monitor, interpret, and provide guidance on legal and regulatory developments related to online gaming, digital services, crypto, consumer protection, responsible gaming, and data protection.
• Assist in maintaining internal policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements.
• Advise business teams on legal risks arising from commercial, operational, and strategic initiatives, proposing practical solutions.
• Support corporate governance activities, including filings, group structure matters, and organisation of internal records.
• Assist in intellectual property management, including protection of brand assets and coordination with external advisors when necessary.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, external counsels, auditors, and internal stakeholders to support reporting and information requests.
• Provide guidance on customer-facing matters, including disputes, terms and conditions, and responsible gambling issues.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as in‑house legal counsel within the iGaming industry, with hands‑on experience in the gambling and crypto industries being a must.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, corporate law, and intellectual property matters.
• Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the iGaming and cryptocurrency sectors.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable legal advice.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
