Job summary

HARTING Technology Group is seeking a Legal Counsel to handle a broad range of legal matters including commercial contracts, risk management, compliance, and corporate maintenance. Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Bar membership in good standing (preferably Illinois).
• 5–10 years of transactional experience in a law firm or in-house legal group.
• Spanish proficiency and LATAM regulatory familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drafts sales and procurement agreements and other commercial contracts.
• Advise on contractual rights and risk management.
• Support contract lifecycle management and corporate maintenance.
