Parnall Law Firm in Roswell, NM is seeking a motivated Legal Assistant to support our Pre-Litigation Case Managers and keep client files moving efficiently. This is a full-time, on-site position with a strong emphasis on accuracy, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Team-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy for injured clients
• Able to pass a background check and work on-site Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Support Pre-Litigation Case Managers to move cases forward
• Post client information accurately in SmartAdvocate and keep files organized
• Conduct client follow-up calls as directed by Case Manager
• Verify adjuster contact details before demand letters
• Monitor dashboards and KPIs to maintain strong metrics
• Adhere to firm policies and procedures
