Qualifications

• Specialized experience includes reviewing legal documents for accuracy, maintaining files, and obtaining information from files.
• GS-6: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-5.
• GS-7: One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-6.
• Typing test may be required (40 wpm) with 3 or fewer errors.
• ICTAP/CTAP provide selection priority if eligible.

Responsibilities

• Support trial and hearing preparation, including assembling documents and exhibits.
• Assist with discovery and preparation of legal materials and reports.
• Use software and databases to produce legal documents and references.
