Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or in a similar legal support role within a law firm — REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE.
• Candidates without previous law firm experience should not apply.
• Personal Injury (PI) law firm experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation procedures preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Working knowledge of legal case management software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and ensure efficient case management and daily office operations in Jackson, Mississippi.

What You'll Do
