Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is defined as experience providing information and assistance relating to grand jury investigations/matters scheduled for grand jury, and legal and administrative procedures to be followed; examining, preparing and processing a variety of technical legal documents; preparing legal actions such as indictments, criminal complaints, search warrants, applications, notices, affidavits, summonses, and grand jury subpoenas.
GS-8: At least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level in Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as providing information and assistance relating to grand jury investigations/matters scheduled for grand jury, and legal and administrative procedures to be followed; examines, prepares and processes a variety of technical legal documents which are characteristically voluminous and complex in format; prepares legal actions such as indictments, criminal complaints, search warrants, judgments, applications, notices, affidavits, summonses, grand jury subpoenas, rules to show cause, proofs of claim, and satisfaction of judgment.
The ICTAP provides eligible displaced Federal competitive service employees with selection priority over other candidates for competitive service vacancies.
