Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking an organized Administrative Assistant to support lead attorneys and a litigation team in our downtown Illinois office. This on-site role requires meticulous scheduling, filing, and billing coordination to keep cases moving smoothly.
You will draft and proofread legal documents, manage calendars, and liaise with clients and witnesses while upholding firm-wide processes and high professional standards.

This role will work closely with a lead Attorney and Litigation paralegal. Successful candidates will be responsible for areas including but not limited to the following.
This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team.
