Synectics Inc. is seeking a highly organized Legal Assistant to support attorneys in a fast-paced Business Law and Commercial Real Estate practice in Green Bay, WI. This onsite role requires excellent document handling, calendar management, and client communications to ensure smooth closing processes.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document systems. Prior law firm experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain electronic and physical client files and calendar drives.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate client communications for attorneys.
  • Prepare time entries, expense reports, and billing information.
  • Open new matters, perform conflict checks, and maintain client records.
  • Communicate with clients, financial institutions, title companies, and government agencies.
  • Provide additional administrative and legal support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
