Essential Skills and Experience 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. General computer knowledge including, but not limited to the following: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Strong verbal and written skills including the style and formatting of letters. Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. Bilingual a plus.
