Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience supporting Partners, C-Suite executives, VPs, or SVPs, preferably in law or professional services.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce and LinkedIn is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high‑level priorities.
  • Strong judgment, discretion, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, polished, and comfortable working closely with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, high‑volume calendars, meetings, deadlines, and competing priorities.
  • Prepare Partners for meetings by coordinating agendas, materials, deadlines, and follow‑up.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for calls, emails, requests, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and prepare related expense reports.
  • Draft, edit, and prepare confidential correspondence, presentations, and documents.
  • Manage special projects and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Support business development initiatives, including pitches, proposals, CRM activity, client/prospect follow-up, attorney profiles, client events, and gifting.
  • Provide billing and financial support, including reviewing client bills, assisting with month‑end estimates, monitoring AR/collections, and coordinating with Finance.
  • Maintain organized files and provide backup Executive Assistant support as needed.
