Scott & Associates, PC is a well-established, multi-state legal recoveries firm based in Plano, TX. We are seeking an Affidavits Clerk to join our Plano team.

The role centers on reviewing, entering, and generating legal documents within a fast-paced office. Responsibilities include processing documents into the case management system, preparing materials for legal review, scanning and copying documents, entering and proofreading data, and contacting clients by phone or email to obtain

Qualifications

• At least one year administrative or clerical experience using Adobe and Microsoft Office.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Detail oriented with high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Good data entry into case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process the receipt of legal documents into the Firm’s case management system.
• Generate documentation for legal review.
• Scan and copy documents.
• Compute, record, and proofread data and reports.
• Contact clients by phone and email to obtain documents.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
