Job summary

FamFluence Talent Management LLC is seeking a full-time Legal Affairs professional to join our fast-paced, fully remote team. You’ll review and manage influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships, ensuring contracts are accurate, compliant, and protective for both creators and the company.

You’ll work with Talent Managers, creators, and brand partners, draft and modify templates, maintain records, and help address legal matters across campaigns, always focusing on detail,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Political Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Paralegal certification or relevant legal education.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and experience in contract review.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in entertainment, marketing, or influencer management is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

We’re looking for a full‑time Legal Affairs candidate to join our fast‑paced, fully remote team. Think of yourself as the detail-keeper behind the deals. You’ll work closely with our Talent Managers, creators, and brand partners to review and manage influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships - making sure contracts are accurate, organized, compliant, and protecting the interests of both our creators and our company.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts for influencer agreements, brand collaborations, and sponsorships.
• Ensure legal compliance and protect the interests of our clients and company.
• Draft and modify contract templates.
• Maintain contract records and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on legal matters.
