Ballard Spahr in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support our Litigation team. You will manage case information, create and file documents, and maintain attorney calendars, while delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

This hybrid role requires at least 3 years of litigation or transactional experience in a professional services firm, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of litigation, business & transactions experience in a law firm or similar setting.
  • Experience preparing and filing documents in state and federal courts.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain case information through final disposition.
  • Create/manage electronic files; prepare correspondence and pleadings.
  • Prepare court filings and electronically file documents.
  • Maintain attorney calendars and contact information.
  • Support client intake and related administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate travel and manage expense reimbursements.
