Trust Counsel PL in Coral Gables, FL seeks an Estate Planning Sales Consultant to guide families through planning conversations and secure engagements.

You will meet with prospective clients prior to attorney design meetings, explain our process and costs, and coordinate engagement agreements and retainer collection. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred; a consultative sales background helps you thrive in a high-trust service environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative sales of high-trust or high-ticket services with measurable results.
• Comfort discussing money, family, aging, and health with clients.
• Proven ability to take coaching and apply it quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients before attorney design meeting and gather needed information.
• Explain process, steps, costs, and escalate questions to attorney.
• Address client concerns after plan recommendation and secure a decision.
• Prepare engagement agreements for attorney approval and collect retainers.
• Handover new clients with complete notes to the legal team.
• Follow up with non-engaged prospects until a clear yes/no.
• Build relationships with CPAs, financial advisors, and insurance agents.
• Log meetings, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM and report metrics weekly.
• Participate in weekly calls and learn and run the defined sales process.
