Job summary

Production Resource Group (PRG) is seeking a National Repair Manager, LED to oversee repair operations, maintenance, and service quality across LED rental equipment.

You will lead repair teams, coordinate with Asset Management, track timelines, manage warranty claims, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while driving cost-efficient repairs and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of applicable experience with service of A/V, LED, and related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of LED equipment and electronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LED repair operations and equipment maintenance.
• Partner with Asset Management to establish repair priorities.
• Monitor repair timelines and ensure deadlines.
• Oversee warranty claims and outsourced repairs.
• Maintain repair records and equipment status.
