Job summary

LUX Dynamics, a Reno-based LED manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Assembler to join the team. No experience is required as training will be provided; you will follow verbal and written instructions and work as part of a team to assemble LED high bays.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with location near the airport and on the bus line for easy access. A reliable candidate will help maintain quality and safety standards on the line.

Qualifications

• No experience required — training provided.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Dexterity and hand-eye coordination for small components.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move material up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for an eight-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Using power tools to assemble light fixtures.
• Working with other members of the line or group to assemble products.
• Identifying defective items and handling them according to established procedures.
• Collecting all materials and equipment needed to begin assembly.
• Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
