QSSI's PEMCO Lighting Division in Wilmington, DE is seeking a dedicated Production/Manufacturing Associate to contribute to our fast-paced environment. You will assemble and inspect lighting products, follow safety guidelines, and support efficient production processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in manufacturing. You will deburr, phosphate components, wrap shipments, and operate power and hand tools while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or factory setting.
• Ability to work in hazardous conditions and maintain safety protocols.
• Proficiency with power tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Deburring of aluminum parts and castings.
• Phosphating castings and aluminum shafts.
• Wrapping poles for shipment.
• Assemble and inspect LED arrays used in outdoor fixtures.
• Keep workstation clean and free of hazards.
• Assemble parts by hand or with drills and other tools.
• Affix labels and logos to products.
• Unload and load shipments.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for production and handling.
