Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• No experience required – willing to train.
• Light assembly experience preferred, manufacturing or production experience helpful.
• Experience with wire harnesses, electrical components, or electronics assembly is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and basic mechanical aptitude.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial LED lighting fixtures and components.
• Build and install wire harnesses and electrical connections.
• Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications.
• Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Accurately assemble products with minimal errors or rework.
• Assist at multiple assembly stations as needed.
• Package and label finished products.
