The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) offers ABET-accredited Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering, a Master's in ECE, and a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Engineering. The department emphasizes hands-on experience in modern engineering labs and opportunities in internships and research.

Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline
  • OR Master’s degree in a non-related discipline with 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior undergraduate teaching experience in electrical engineering
  • Evidence of innovative and/or research-supported teaching practices
  • Prior electrical engineering industry experience
  • Ph.D., or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related discipline
