Qualified applicants will hold an MA or BA with significant professional experience, demonstrate anti-racist pedagogies, and be able to teach in-person or online modalities.

Qualifications

• MA required or BA with significant professional experience.
• Experience with culturally relevant, anti-racist pedagogy.
• Ability to teach face-to-face or online modalities as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Teach one or more Theatre and Performance Studies course sections (face-to-face, synchronous online, and/or asynchronous online).
• Use subject-matter expertise to impart knowledge and critical thinking to students.
• Stay current with field knowledge and professional practices.
• Design syllabus and curriculum as assigned; update materials.
• Communicate expectations and assess student learning; assign grades.
• Engage diverse student populations and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Apply technology (e.g., Canvas) to enhance the curriculum.
• Handle position logistics according to deadlines and university systems.
