Job Summary

The Department of Management at the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business and Economics seeks to fill one full‑time, non‑tenure eligible Lecturer position beginning August 1, 2025 in the area of entrepreneurship. This is a nine‑month assignment to initially span two academic years and is renewable. The minimum academic requirements for this position are either a Ph.D. in management (or related field) or a master’s degree with 10 or more years of relevant industry experience. This lecturer position normally involves teaching four courses per semester at the undergrad and/or master’s level with additional opportunities to teach in our executive education programs. Teaching responsibilities include entrepreneurship courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. Depending on a candidate’s experience and interests, the position may also involve other duties such as curriculum‑building, program management, and/or coaching students.
