THE POSITION
The goal of this position is to teach middle school students within a challenging Mathematics curriculum.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- New Jersey Certification required; Teacher of Math or Elementary with Math Specialization Grades 6-8.
- Working knowledge of the Common Core State Standards and the Standards of Mathematical Practice.
- Experience with differentiated instruction.
- Teaching experience preferred, especially with middle school students.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially excellent rapport with children.
- Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident/immigrant status.
Starting Salary Range
- Bachelor's Degree: $70,000 - 100,315

JOB GOAL(S): To provide instructional leadership in the classroom in accordance with the course of study approved by the Board of Education approved curriculum.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
