• Monitor student progress using school-based data platforms and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, the instructional team, and building administration to ensure continuity of instruction and alignment with building-wide goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and required documentation.
• Communicate professionally and regularly with families regarding student progress.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning.
