The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000 annually.
This role offers the opportunity to become a subject matter expert in leave management, FMLA administration, ADA accommodations, Workers' Compensation, employee relations, HR compliance, and return-to-work programs. You'll play a critical role supporting employees through complex life events while partnering across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and leadership teams to deliver a compliant and employee-focused leave experience.
