TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a Leave Management Specialist to oversee leave of absence programs in our Atlanta service center. You will administer FMLA, ADA, and other statutory leaves, maintain records, and coordinate with employees, managers, and HR to ensure compliant, timely processing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of leave-management experience, strong regulatory knowledge, excellent communication, and HRIS/MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in leave management or HR function.
• Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, and local leave laws.
• Proficient in HRIS and MS Office; ability to analyze leave data.

Responsibilities

• Review and process leave applications promptly with complete documentation.
• Coordinate leave schedules with employees and management.
• Maintain accurate leave records and compliance with policy.
• Guide employees on entitlements and status of requests.
• Analyze leave data to identify trends and improve processes.
