Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and present apartments, amenities and community features to prospects.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and other channels to convert leads into leases.
• Assist with lease preparation, renewals, and move-in coordination.
• Support resident retention by fostering positive relationships and renewal efforts.
• Maintain lead tracking and accurate documentation in the property management system.
• Answer phones, manage appointments, and perform administrative tasks.
