Leasing Specialist- Quiet Waters Landing

WPM seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing Specialist at Quiet Waters Landing in Annapolis, MD. As a key team member, you will help transform our apartments into welcoming homes by understanding and fulfilling residents' needs, organizing engaging community events, and applying creative problem-solving to address challenges.

We are looking for candidates with a customer service, sales, or marketing background. Leasing and Entrata software experience is a plus. This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday with weekend availability.

Leasing Specialist

Location: Annapolis, MD
Pay:$20/hour + commission and bonus opportunities
Schedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday 9-5pm and Saturdays 10-4pm

Bilingual Spanish/English a plus!

What You’ll Do

• Greet prospects, give property tours, and explain leasing options

• Available to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
