Job summary

Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive leasing production and sales at an assigned apartment community. You will present information on the community and model homes, guide prospective residents through tours, and assist with lease applications and renewals.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills, and an understanding of fair housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
• Proven customer service skills and strong teamwork.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about the community and model home tours to potential residents.
• Close sales and process new lease applications.
• Coordinate renewal leases for current residents.
• Assist with site aesthetics and tour path maintenance.
• Support customer service efforts at the community.
