Job summary

Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Agent to show apartments, lease to qualified applicants, and provide exceptional service to current residents. You will handle inquiries, assist with rent processing, and support daily office procedures to maintain the property’s reputation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with maintenance, handling deposits, posting payments, and contributing to marketing efforts to improve occupancy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months related training/experience or a combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to read, speak and understand English for business purposes.
• Must be able to read and write instructions, memos and service requests and converse professionally with residents, co-workers and vendors.
• Must present information clearly to potential residents and on-site staff in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Must complete a pre-employment background check including criminal record search, employment verification and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments to rental prospects and lease to qualified applicants.
• Sell positive aspects of the property and company via telephone, leasing and closing techniques.
• Respond to inquiries for property information by email and phone.
• Know and update competitor pricing and specials.
• Learn all paperwork and reports related to leasing and prepare them when necessary.
• Know the property budget and code expenses for payment.
