Job summary

Avanath is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Gresham, Oregon, responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in sales or customer relations, preferably in low-income housing, and should be bilingual in English and Spanish. This role also requires strong communication skills, flexibility in scheduling, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager software. Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid computer knowledge, including Windows (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Inspect models and available apartments for readiness.
• Demonstrate community and apply product knowledge to prospects.
• Follow up on prospects that did not close.
• Maintain accurate resident files and monthly commission records.
