ResProp Management in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and to highlight property features for prospective residents. You will market the property to increase traffic and support occupancy goals while maintaining accurate resident files and overall property condition.

Responsibilities include handling lease documents, coordinating events, assisting in rent collections, and ensuring a positive move-in experience for residents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale and inspecting apartments.
• Understand the property's features to match prospective residents' needs.
• Market the property through online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-up with prospects and residents.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the property and competitors for informed decisions.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses to needs and concerns.
• Prepare lease documents and related files with attention to detail.
• Assist in planning and organizing resident events.
• Support Assistant Manager in the collection of delinquent rents.
• Inspect the property daily for cleanliness and upkeep, including models and vacant units.
