The Oaks of Louisiana is seeking a full-time leasing associate in Shreveport, LA. You will handle leasing duties, greet potential residents, and manage daily operations to ensure a welcoming community experience.

Responsibilities include hosting events, coordinating decorations, and providing occasional driver coverage as needed. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential.

Responsible for all aspects of leasing apartments in accordance with The Oaks of Louisiana and Fair Housing guidelines. Demonstrates a strong commitment to meeting the service needs of internal and external customers. Professional, courteous, and possesses strong sales, communication, and closing skills.

Additional responsibilities include providing relief transportation/driver coverage as needed, assisting with decorating and preparation for community events and holidays, serving as a host for Steak Nights and Sunday Brunch, and assisting with all leasing-related duties and activities as needed.
